I have been encouraging Beck to start pedaling his trike, and here he is pedaling! He is so proud. When we go for a ride, he is hilarious. He goes a few feet and won't stop talking.
Like mother, like son--poor child has his mom's chatty gene!
This picture memorializes a proud moment for me. After a month of cajoling and trying different tactics, Beck finally agreed to wear shorts. Seriously, he was always sweaty, but adamant about wearing long pants every day. I just worked with him instead of fighting him and it wasn't so bad!
He chose his outfit the night before, and that helped a ton.
We love having a sidewalk in front of our house--it keeps us busy.
Beck is watching his first Beck music video on YouTube. He was definitely intrigued.

We went on a long walk and I snapped some great photos of these two. This was one of those walks where I let the kids decide where we went, and then we are gone too long and get too hungry and tired. We were gone for about an hour and a half, half an hour too long!

They love to perch on anything they can find during our walks-even this random rock.
I ride my bike with these two yahoos 3-4 times a week. It is so fun, and we usually end our ride with a trip to the elementary school playground, which is a real treat for these two because they have "big kid" play sets. They are such cut-ups behind me.
