Getting used to the house

This was our welcome to the neighborhood from my new visiting teacher at church.  Not bad, huh?

The fireplace is a great place to catch up on some reading.

There are lots of lady bugs at our house, the kids love them.  They're cute, but I like them outside better.

Beck is exhausted from being so cool....

They unpacked my shoes and had to try them on.

This breakdancing-turned-wrestling match happened while the four of us were visiting the community center to vote on November 6.  We waited awhile but it was a great experience.

Beck as Superman.

We have to get him a tougher cape.  Seriously.

Ramsey before school getting her craft on right before we got in the car.

Beck is not quite as ready for school, but enjoying coloring anyway.

The fruit of Ramsey's labor at the craft table.  The one on the left makes me cry.  She did it all by herself--it says "I love Mom" and "Crise" (Chrissy), and she drew a picture of us standing together.  She also loves practicing her letters with her reading lessons.  I guess I could pony up the few bucks for some lined paper, but half the fun is when we draw the dotted lines together.

The craft room is getting a lot of action.

The craft cabinet is well-used.

More fun at the craft table.

Beck's team of trains.

Bridge and tunnel creation.

Preschool is 20 minutes away now!  AHHHHH!!!  More time to read, right?

Bella's cuddles.

Vandalism is beautiful.  Luckily this wiped off easily.

Loving the backyard!
