June digest

Cheese!

"I love my bike!"

These two tear down our block like maniacs.
I don't know how long I will be able to keep them on the sidewalk, they are tenacious!

We're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo, how about you, you, you?

Check out this front row spot I got at the National Zoo!  I love finding a great spot :)

Turtles soaking up the sun.

These mama lions were trying to get this red ball.

Some interactive stuff at the zoo.

This tiger was pacing around with a quickness.

The gorilla promptly sat with his back to the people looking at him.  Full of sass!

Little monkeys.

This panda is totally pigging out.

This panda is sleeping, but kinda looks dead!

The elephants are getting a new house and are hanging out here.

Strike a pose!

Look!

It is starting to get pretty hot at this point!

This lady played a lovely violin piece, so we had to drop some coins in her case.

Cousin Camie and the kids had an impromptu dance party in the middle of the Smithsonian gift shop.

Both kids were majorly lovin' on Camie.  Ramsey loved holding hands with Camie and Aunt Sherry.

Ramsey liked the ballerina picture, of course.
She also immediately recognized the Van Gogh because a copy is in her room.

Sometimes a walk gets too long, and you just have to take a rest.

"Resting."  Poor Jacey with Beck's foot on her chest.  That kid is so PHYSICAL!

Bathtime with those foam thingies that turn into fun animal shapes after soaking in water.

Ramsey is showing Beck the intricacies of climbing up a slide.

Must have shoes off, Beck!

We had a major storm in our area, which left the delightful Eskelsens without power and therefore our temporary house guest.  These kids just took care of themselves while Matt and Aunt Emily picked up Uncle Jon from the airport.

Ice cream--so many choices!

Enjoying some yummy cousin time with Ilse.
