Ramsey was eating blueberries yesterday. I asked her how they were, and she said "I don't like them, but I ate them anyway." She then proceeded to tell me they were not as good as the ones we picked from the fruit patch. So, of course I said, let's go tomorrow! It was a great day.
Then, she picked her first blueberry, ate it, and said, "see, I told you they are sweet and juicy!"
She made this sign last night full of excitement.
Here we are on the "hayride" to the blueberry bushes.
Ramsey is so into crazy faces these days.
Tonight while I was tucking her in, she asked me to make some silly faces over and over again.
The kids loved this tractor. We got in trouble for getting too close ;)
The cute little boy on the left is their pal Liam--both kids love him.
Liam is moving to Turkey next week :(. I haven't told the kids yet!
We only got a pound of blueberries due to eating along the way by a certain little B.
Tonight was pizza night. The kids helped. I hate to say it, but the mess almost made me lose my mind!
Beck was in a particularly wild mood--no nap today.
We made a veggie pizza and ham with pineapple.
The flour for the pizza dough got everywhere!
I dropped the pizza sauce-more mess. But once I got ahold of myself and chilled out, it was really fun.
Ham and pineapple--half with fresh, sliced mozzarella, half with swiss & gruyere.
It was delicious. The kids ate it up.
Veggie--tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, basil, sliced mozzarella.
