A domestic scene

Life sure has gotten domestic--you should have seen me grilling our first steak tonight.  The sweet potatoes didn't turn out, but the steak was delicious, albeit a little tough.  Ramsey tried the steak and liked it!  Beck, not so much--he's really too busy for dinner these days, no matter what is on his plate.

Matt mowed the lawn for the first time this past week, and the kids went bananas.

Beck kept screaming "Daddy lawn" and was glued to the door while Matt was mowing.

Our new fence--Bella loves running around the backyard and chasing Ramsey.

Beck enjoys riding Ramsey's tricycle--he scoots instead of pedaling.  

The garage is like a playroom for him!

This is a rare moment of Beck sitting still.  Sure, he needs a haircut, but he is so handsome. 

Ramsey's bike (a gift from cousin Ilse) and sidewalk chalk (a gift from cousins Dayna, Cassy, and Iris)--what more could a little girl need?
