Zina sent us a picture so we knew what they were on Halloween. We miss them so so much.

My wheels are black now! I love my fresh ride.

I added outdoor barefoot walking after my runs to reset my feet and some free weights. I really worked hard in November but ended with a foot injury, which put a quick halt to my running :(
