December 2011 part 1

I love this picture because it shows how Beck (and Ramsey for that matter) find a way to integrate all pieces of furniture into their makeshift playground.  These poufs are the best!  I am, however, constantly fetching them from the bottom of the stairs and other places they should not be.

Ramsey is mixing the batter for our Christmas cookies.  We have such fun cooking together.

Michaels' answer for every holiday: crafts and stickers.

Cuddling and wrestling in Beck's crib.  A crowd favorite.

 Forts rule.

Here is Ramsey during her first visit to the dentist.  She was so amazingly serene and well-behaved.
I almost wanted to tell her she could be bad so she wouldn't feel like she had to be perfect.
Maybe I should have.

It reminded me of when I had my wisdom teeth removed (at age 25) and stayed awake rather than go under anesthesia.  The dentist actually tapped a root in my mouth, and it was so painful, and the pain shot through my body.  I should have complained or screamed or something, but I just went along with everything cheerfully.  Ramsey, you don't have to be so brave all the time!

This place was crazily catered to kids--
Ramsey had her own princess room, a princess goodie bag, a TV on the ceiling, and more.

Yes, I waited until age 4 for the dentist, and I still feel like I was right.
It was so nice to be able to explain things and I find age 4 to be the most reasonable age thus far!
